Renewing Our Communities Account Advisory Committee
The Renewing Our Communities Account (ROCA) Advisory Committee was created by HB 492, 81st Legislature, Regular Session, 2009. The ROCA Advisory Committee works to "make recommendations to the executive commissioner [of Texas Health & Human Services] regarding the powers and duties with respect to the [renewing our communities] account."
